玉	玉兎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ騒ぎの中でオープンした根性の据わった店。食券制でラーメンと餃子、ラーメンと炒飯のセットが其々1000円と値段的にはそこそこか。ただこの日は餃子が売り切れ若しくは端から提供していなかったかで炒飯のセットを頼んだ。麺の固さ、スープの濃さ、脂の量を口頭で伝え待つこと5分程。まずラーメン到着。スープは少し塩気が強いがなかなかの出来。途中でお店お薦めの大蒜を追加したら雰囲気が変わって面白かった。麺は中太を頼んだが弾力が有って面白い食感。もう少し長さがあってもいいかな？数分遅れで来た炒飯は正直言って調味料入れすぎ。大量の水が必要。さて、お店の雰囲気だが兎に角店員の声が五月蝿い。元気で活気があるというありふれた演出だがゆっくり食事する感じではない。それとオープンしたてとあってリーダー的な人がバイト君にあれこれ指示訓戒してる声まで丸聞こえ。そりゃ聞こえるよね、私の真横でやってるんだから。どうもリーダーさんもいっぱいいっぱいだったようで周りが見えてないよう。食べ終わって席を立ち杖を片手に帰ろうとした私にぶつかり大慌てで詫びを入れてきた。まあ、もう一回位は行ってもいいかな？ A store with a strong guts that opened in the corona turmoil. ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 盛夏～初秋に雨が良く降りますね、そぼ降る雨の中を昼餉に訪れたのは円山の鶴乃家さん、以前”えびすラーメン”さんがあった場所です！！入り口の券売機で発券、スタッフさんに手渡しながらカウンター席に着きます。12時半で少し落ち着いた時間帯、店内7割程度でしょうか！！注文は「豚骨醤油野菜ラーメン（850円）」、細麺・中太麺の選択が可能、他に硬さ・濃さ・脂料の指定も出来ます。中太麺指定で他は標準でお願いしました。待つこと10分程で着丼、青菜と焼海苔とスープ色は家系の雰囲気です！！　スープはクリーミーな豚骨醤油、癖のない味わいですね。麺はもっちり食感のある中太麺、適度な硬さでスープに馴染んでいます。チャーシューは円形小サイズが1枚、脂バランス良いです。青菜の他にキャベツ・もやし・人参・青ニラが適量、バランス的にも丁度いい感じです^^ 表の看板には家系の表示ありますが、メニューには味噌ラーメンや醤油ラーメン・塩とんこつもラインナップ、オールラウンダーな鶴乃家さんでした！！ It rains a lot from midsummer to early autumn, and I visited Maruyama's Tsurunoya for lunch at the place where "Ebisu Ramen" used to be! !!
