★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまに仕事で利用しますが、驚くほど手続きが遅いです。
ただの出金や入金だけなのに平気で20分以上待たせます。私は金融機関で勤務経験があり、それがどんなに単純な作業かわかるので、何故そんなに時間がかかるのか全くわかりません。
しかも窓口の人が笑顔もないし、商品に詳しくない。後方の人達も待っているお客がいても知らんぷりです。
プライベートでは絶対に使いたくありません。
 I use it occasionally for work, but the procedure is surprisingly slow.
Even though it's just a withdrawal or deposit, you can wait for 20 minutes or more. I have worked at a financial institution and know how simple it is, so I have no idea why it takes so long.
Moreover, the person at the counter does not smile and is not familiar with the product. I don't even know if there are customers waiting for the people behind me.
I definitely don't want to use it in my private life.
