M	Ma Ku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 清掃が行き届いていて、とても気持ちよく利用できます。下足のロッカーが常にきれいなことに関心します。マシンは新しく、一通りのマシンが設置されています。ルームランナー(ランニングマシン)は、数多く設置されているので、待ち時間を経験したことはありません。フリーウエイトのコーナーは、近隣の大学生でしょうか、たくさん利用していて、一人辺りの制限時間のルールもないので、夕方以降は、なかなか空きがないかもしれません。シャワールームのみで、サウナやジャグジー、お風呂はありません。 2019年春から24時間営業になるようですが、入会者がどんどん増えている状況です。いろんな時間帯に利用し、ご自分の利用しやすい時間帯を探すのが良いと思われます。 It is well cleaned and very comfortable to use. The free weights corner may be a university student in the neighborhood, and I use it a lot, and there is no time limit for each person, so it may not be available after the evening. Shower room only, no sauna, jacuzzi or bath. It seems that it will be open 24 hours a day from the spring of 2019, but the number of new members is steadily increasing. It's a good idea to use it at various times and find a time that is easy for you to use.
柏	柏葉義信 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目的に応じて、それぞれ利用できる。100㎞マラソンに出る人達はストレッチ&準備運動やシャワーだけ使っている。減量目的に筋トレ&有酸素運動。スタジオ中心に楽しく運動って人も。もう少し筋トレのマシーンが増えるといい。特に腹斜筋のマシーンがもう1台ほしい。 It can be used according to the purpose. People who run the 100km marathon only use stretching & preparatory exercises and showers. Muscle training & aerobic exercise for the purpose of weight loss. Some people enjoy exercising mainly in the studio. I hope there will be more muscle training machines. I especially want another machine for the oblique muscles.

E	E _X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２４時間好きな時間に室内トレーニングができ、しかも同じジョイフィット２４店舗なら全国で利用可能というとても利用しやすいジムだが、ここのジムは夜間用のトイレや着替え、シャワー室が狭い以外は悪いところは見当たらない。１階だけだが、個人トレーニングルームと、集団ストレッチレッスンルームみたいなものなど、トレーニング種別事に上手く配置されてる気がする、室内の狭さも特に感じない。ジム機器はやはりランニングのトレッドミルやサイクリング系が多いが、それ以外のセルフトレーニング機器も複数あったりするので同じ機器を利用したい人が出てもそれ程待つことは無い。地域性なのか利用者もそこそこでめちゃくちゃ混むということは無いと思われる。夜間利用メインだが、２３時頃だと５人前後しかいない。駐車場はそこそこ広く、近くに深夜営業のマックもあるので誘惑に負けないようにしたいところ。 It is a very easy-to-use gym where you can train indoors 24 hours a day, and you can use the same Joyfit 24 stores nationwide, but the gym here is bad except that the toilet, change of clothes, and shower room for the night are small. The parking lot is fairly large, and there is a Mac that is open late at night, so I want to avoid being tempted.
J	Joakim Johansson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a foreigner friendly place. If you are not highly skilled in Japanese you will not be able to enter this gym, even if you have a Japanese friend with you to explain everything in detail. I have never had this problem with other gyms in Japan.
