★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初は単純にダイエットしたい。あとは健康診断で良くない結果が出たり、不正脈で薬を飲み始めたりと年齢的にも心配な事が増え、これからどんな風に歳を重ねていこうかと考え勇気を出して申し込みをしました。体力には自信がありましたが、トレーニングについていけるか少し不安はありました。それとやはり食事制限も不安でいっぱいでした。
時には食事制限もトレーニングも面倒だなーと思う事もありますが、何しろ結果が付いてくるので辞められません。ダイエットの成功はもちろん、不正脈も完治。健康な身体に生まれ変わることが出来ました。いまでは別の目標に向かって指導して頂いてます。勉強熱心なトレーナーなので今では身体のケアまでしていただき心身共にスッキリとしてその日のトレーニングを終えられます。感謝しかありません。これからも筋肉痛と闘いながら楽しみたいと思ってます。
 At first I just want to go on a diet. After that, I got bad results in the medical examination, I started taking medicine due to irregular pulse, and I became more worried about my age, so I courageously applied for it thinking about how to grow older. .. I was confident in my physical strength, but I was a little worried if I could keep up with the training. Also, I was full of anxiety about dietary restrictions.
Sometimes I find dietary restrictions and training bothersome, but I can't quit because of the results. Not only the success of the diet, but also the fraudulent pulse is completely cured. I was able to be reborn as a healthy body. Now I am instructed towards another goal. As a trainer who is enthusiastic about studying, I am now able to take care of my body and finish the training of the day with a refreshing mind and body. I'm just grateful. I would like to continue to enjoy fighting muscle pain.
