★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供が骨折をしたので行きました。痛みで泣いていたのですが、先生やスタッフのみなさんがやさしく接していただき、痛めたところも良く診てもらいました。また何かあったらお願いしたいです。
 I went because my child had a broken bone. I was crying because of the pain, but the teachers and staff kindly treated me, and I often examined the painful areas. I would like to ask if something happens again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の人も先生も良くて快適に通院していましたが、いつだったか 新しく入った人なのか、休んでいたスタッフが復帰したのか？受付の人が感じ悪くて、凄く嫌な思いを何度かしたので行かなくなりました。電話もこちらがカチンと来る様な言葉で対応されるし、重ねて何度も本当に嫌な思いをしました。最低です！
The receptionist and the teacher were both good and comfortable going to the hospital, but when was the new employee, was the staff who was absent from work returned? I didn't go because the receptionist didn't feel good and I had some bad feelings. The telephone also responded with words that would make a snap, and I repeatedly felt really unpleasant. 話をする時も、語尾を異常に伸ばしていて聞いててイライラします。
通院の際、行く度に物凄く不愉快なので、改善をしてほしいです。
先生はすごく良い先生なぶん、受付スタッフが残念なメンツ揃いです。

受付の方【40代後半～50代位の細身の女性】の対応、態度があまりにもひどい！！
目の前でため息をついたり、人を見る時のはあ？って顔するのはやめてほしい！
明らかに態度が悪かったので態度について一言言ったら、開き直ったり「そちらの勘違いですよ」と言われ、とても不快になりました。
先生はいいのに、もう来たくなくなると言ったら「いいんじゃないですか」と言われたので、もう二度と行きません！！！
こんな病院は初めてです。
とても信頼していた先生だったので残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供の股関節の診察のために来院しました。初めて診てもらいましたが、受付の方はとても親切でしたし、先生も優しくて感じの良いクリニックでした。数名の方がおっしゃっていたひどい受付は辞められたんでしょうか。安心して診察していただけました。また何かあればここに来ようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方のレビューで受付の方が・・・と言うクチコミがあり現在はどうなのかなと思い行ってみました。
受付の方はお二人いらしてどちらも若めな方でしたが優しく丁寧な対応で患者さんに寄り添う雰囲気を感じられました。書かれていた方は退職されたのかな？
また先生も初診の私に丁寧に問診して下さりレントゲンを見ながら説明して頂きました。
自分の場合首と肩が強烈に痛くなり訪れましたが普段の姿勢の悪さが原因と納得したので普段の姿勢やストレッチに気をつけていこうと思いました。
待ち時間はそこそこかかってしまうのはしょうがないので覚悟して行きましょう笑
