た	たけ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お酒もお料理もご主人も最高です。 70歳くらいですが店内の誰より元気が溢れるご主人。ちゃきちゃきと動き続けています。質問すると仕入れているお酒について説明してくれますが、本人は全く飲めないそうです。女性に優しく(←本人談)バナナのホイル焼きをくれたりします。とにかく元気が貰えます。刺身盛り合わせは必須です。肉厚で口がいっぱいになります。栃尾の油揚げ(納豆入り)、銀ダラ焼き、鯨汁、、、どれも美味しくボリューム満点です。 The sake, the food, and the owner are the best. The staff are pleasant and the master (always with a blue cap on) is a master on the grill. Excellent food for the adventurous or not. You can get beer here but I'd suggest the huge variety of sake or shochu from inside and outside Niigata. There's some umeshu as well.
