H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外観は京風ラーメン店のような和風テイスト。店内はきれいめだが雑然とものが置かれており、ややもったいない印象。カウンター席のみ。入口を入ってすぐの券売機にて食券購入。貝だし塩ラーメンの厚切りチャーシューをいただきました。油を3種類から選べたので、魚介油を選択。スープは貝出汁をしっかり感じるものでやや塩辛く、味わいはしっかりめで美味しい。ただし、貝由来と思われる雑味をわずかに感じる。油分多めで、さっぱりとした味わいではない。麺は加水多めの縮れ中麺。しっかりとした食感でスープとの絡みも良好。具材の厚切りチャーシューは柔らかく、肉々しいがラーメンの邪魔をしていない。メンマは細切りで長く、しっかり脇を固めている。長ネギなどの盛り付けはあるが、それ由来のさっぱり感はあまり感じなかった。盛り付けで目を引く貝は、出汁ができっているのか身に旨味は感じない。逆に貝殻がラーメンをやや食べにくくしている。総評して、美味しいが普通といった印象。接客はやや無愛想。コスパは普通。御馳走様でした！ The appearance is a Japanese-style taste like a Kyoto-style ramen shop.
