電話対応がとにかく最悪でした。美容皮膚科を探してニキビやシミ等の治療はやってるか確認の電話を入れたら、若めの女性が出て「はい…？」みたいな反応をされました。聞こえなかったのか、言い方が悪かったのかなと思い改めて伝えても同じような反応。「少々お待ち下さい」と言われ今度は偉そうなオバサンが電話口で出て「何の用ですか？」とキレ口調でいきなり言われました。きっと【電話で変なこと言ってきてる人がいる】とか言われたのかもしれないですね。いきなりのそういう態度にイライラしつつも「ニキビやシミ等の治療で美容皮膚科を探してるんですが、やってないようでしたら大丈夫です」と伝えたところ、「いやぁ、やってないわけじゃないんですけど高いですよ？そもそもうちは〜…」と【頭おかしいんじゃないの？】と言わんばかりの言いようでした。こんな少し問い合わせただけで門前払いというか、異常者のように扱われたのは初めてです。行かなくて済んだので行く前に問い合わせておいてよかったです。

It's the first time I've been treated like an abnormal person, rather than paying in advance with just such a few inquiries. I didn't have to go, so I'm glad I asked before going.
