また、住んでから発覚したのですが、内件時に伺っていた内容（設備情報とゴミ捨て場の位置など）が、異なっていました。
管理会社に確認したところ 「こちらの物件の取り扱いが初めてだったため、ご案内があいまいな部分があったのかもしれない」と返答をいただきました。
このようなことって、よくあることなのでしょうか、、、
