★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 視力測定した結果と出来上がったレンズの度数が合っていなかった。保証期間内という事で無料で交換してもらえたが(それでも一週間待たされたが)再度レンズの度数が間違っていた。さすがに2度作り直しを強いられる馬鹿馬鹿しくなり、もう二度と利用しない事にした
The visual acuity measurement results did not match the power of the finished lens. I got a replacement for free within the warranty period (although I was kept waiting for a week) and the lens power was wrong again. As expected it was a fool to be forced to remake twice and decided not to use it again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PCメガネについて、レンズが黄色くなっていたからその事について秋葉のこちらの店舗で質問したんだけど、しきりに俺のメガネのレンズが黄ばんでることにしたがってくる店員
「お宅が店頭に陳列してる商品のレンズが黄色いって話をしてるんだけど」と何度も言ってるのに、何故か「お客様のメガネのレンズが黄ばんでるんですよねー」とか言ってくるので、話が通じないし不快感を覚えたので、素直に家近の店舗で買います。
Regarding PC glasses, the lens was yellow, so I asked about it at this store in Akihabara, but the clerk who constantly follows the yellowing of the lens of my glasses.
I've been saying many times that the lenses of the products that my house is displaying in the store are yellow, but for some reason I said, "The lenses of your glasses are yellow, right?" As I came, I couldn't understand the story and felt uncomfortable, so I obediently buy it at a store near my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 矯正後の視力が0.5見えていないとバカにしてくる店員がいる。今の眼鏡だと見えなくなったから買い替えに来たのに流石に失礼過ぎて笑えてくるレベル。
多分アトレの方のJINSに行ったほうがいいと思う。
There is a clerk who makes a fool if his eyesight after correction is not 0.5. I can't see it with my current glasses, so I came to buy a new one, but at the level that I'm too rude and laughable.
I think it's better to go to JINS, which is atre.

様々な種類の眼鏡があり迷っていたところを、女性の店員さんに助けてもらいました。
仕事用・プライベート用、服装や顔の形に合った眼鏡をいくつか選んでいただき、気に入ったものがあったため、その場で購入を決めました。
また、私はド近視+乱視で視力測定で時間がかかってしまいましたが、丁寧かつ根気強く対応してもらいました。
Desk work at contacts became painful, so I stopped by to consider buying eyeglasses.
I asked a female clerk to help me when I was at a loss because I had various types of glasses.
I asked them to choose some glasses for work / private use, clothes and face shape, and I liked them, so I decided to buy them on the spot.
Also, I had myopia + astigmatism and it took a long time to measure my eyesight, but I was polite and patient.

店内は空いていました。まあまあ広いと思います。店員さんはフランクな感じでしが、嫌いな人は嫌いな接客だと思います。
メガネのレンズ交換が片方5000円と言われ、状態を見て買い換えたほうがいいと言われました。もともと新しいものを作るつもりで行ったのでいいですが、新しいものは14000円でした。結局、レンズ買い換えたほうが安いのに、なぜ新しいものを作ることを勧めたのか謎です。(まあ、利益になるからでしょうけど。)
I visited around 14:00 on weekdays.
The store was vacant. I think it's fairly wide. The clerk feels frank, but I think the person who dislikes it is the customer service that he dislikes.
It was said that one lens replacement for glasses was 5,000 yen, and it was better to buy a new one after checking the condition. It's okay because I originally intended to make a new one, but the new one was 14,000 yen. After all, it's cheaper to buy a new lens, but it's a mystery why I recommended making a new one. (Well, it's profitable.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After spending over 20,000 yen on progressive bi-focals, I stopped by on another day on 2019-07-26 and asked for an adjustment on a second pair of glasses that I have that are not JINS, as they were hurting behind the ear. The clerk refused to adjust them, because they were not JINS glasses. I went to Iwaki optical, with whom I have never bought glasses with, and they helped me. I will no longer be doing business with JINS.
