★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保証書はアプリに入っていると言われていたのに、エラーにより入ってませんと言われ、レンズ交換代払わないといけないと言われました。まず、エラーはそちら側のミスなのになぜこちら側が結果的に支払いしなくてはならないんですかね？なんのための保証書ですか？ありえない。

視力を測るも何の説明もなし。挙句に出来たメガネを試す事なく渡され 歪んでる！
もう少し 基本的な接客から学んだ方が良いですよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は2本目のメガネが欲しくて購入しに行きました。仕事用なのでレンズも標準のものから変更するつもりはない事を伝えていましたが、遠近両用についても知りたいと伝えました。
購入しないのに、遠近両用のメガネも試させてくれて、説明もとても丁寧でした。
担当してくれた店員さんもとても感じが良くて良かったです。評価の悪い方もいますが店員さんによるみたいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダメです。予約したとしても、順番の伝票を発券されて、それに書いてある時間に来たとしてもかなり待たされます。予約して来て視力測定されるまで、軽く2時間以上は店内で待たされます。店員さんの態度も良し悪しで、良い人(20%割合)も居れば、悪い人(80%割合)もいる。店員さんの声が小さくて何を言ってるのか聞き取れない時もしばしば。店内にお客さんは数人程度。良し悪しが出てこの対応なのかも。

「〜番でお待ちの〜誰々様〜！！！」みたいな感じで、口調強めで怒鳴って客を呼んでた。笑
客にケンカ売ってんのかと思ったよ。笑
マジでビックリした‼️この店ムリと思ってすぐ出て行った。
