平日の昼前に行ったら検眼とお会計に10分、出来上がりはその20分後でした。早くて安くて、メガネも調子がいいので、次もこの店にします。応対も良かったし。

三鷹駅の構内にあるメガネ屋さんです。中央線の定期券を持っていたことと、休みの日の開店直後であれば間違えなく空いていそうでしたので利用しました。今回は5000円のラインナップの中からオーソドックスな製品を選びました。視力の測定、フィッティング等、非常にスムーズに対応いただけたので良かったです。

コロナ対策なのか店頭のタブレットに氏名生年月日電話番号を入力しないと受付してくれないが、周囲から丸見えなのに防止策をとっているようには見受けられない。プライバシーとか個人情報の保護の意識がないようなので利用時は注意した方がいいと思う。

再度の緊急事態宣言で、わざわざこちらの店舗まで足を運びましたが、店舗がかなり小さく商品のバリエーションがありません。店員は終始無言で「いらっしゃいませ」もなければ、椅子もないフロアに平気で客を待たせて「お待たせしました」の一言もなし。狭いスペースでの検眼もひどく機械的で、よく見えないと言っても、数値はこれで合ってるの一点張り。かけ具合を見たくても、鏡は壁にしかありません。こんな対応なら、自動販売機の方がマシ。全てオンラインで購入できるようにして欲しいです。
