★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての利用の時は女性スタッフの方が仕切っていて何の問題も無くお葬式を終えました。
2回目利用した時は最悪でした。
仕切っている初老の男性スタッフが最悪でした。
〇他の若いスタッフに大きな声で偉そうに怒鳴りつける。自分が1番仕事出来てないくせに。
〇遺体の目に血が滲んでいるのを若いスタッフの方が綿棒で綺麗にしようとしたのにそれを払いのけ綿で拭い始め死化粧が取れてしまう。それを笑ってごまかす。色々理由を並べて化粧をなおさない。
〇遺族にベラベラと聞いても無い話を笑いながら延々と喋り続ける。
〇遺族に対して気遣いが全くない。
〇誰に対しても偉そう遺族にすら偉そう
本当に何様って感じです。亡くなった家族が天国にいけたか心配です。
その他入り口に1番近い駐車場をスタッフの駐車場にしてると思われる。(ホールに付いた時他のお客さんはいないのに入り口近くの駐車場はうまっていた。)スタッフは1番遠い場所に止めるのが常識
初老の男性スタッフ以外は良い人だったのでそれが救いです。

〇 Loudly yell at other young staff members. Even though I can't do my best job.
O Although the young staff tried to clean the body with blood bleeding with a cotton swab, it started to be wiped off with a cotton swab and the dead makeup was removed. Laugh it and cheat. Don't fix your makeup for different reasons.
〇 I keep talking endlessly, laughing at stories that I haven't heard from my bereaved family.
* There is no concern for the bereaved family.
〇 It seems great to anyone, even the survivors
I really feel like that. I'm worried that my deceased family went to heaven.
It seems that the parking lot near the entrance is the parking lot for staff. (When I arrived at the hall, the parking lot near the entrance was busy even though there were no other customers.) It is common sense for the staff to stop at the farthest place.
It was a relief because I was a good person except for the old man staff.
