★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サプリメント外来のHPを見て当日朝電話連絡し、40分待合室で待ったあげく、サプリの在庫が無いと追い返されました。希望のサプリメントは最近全国的に在庫が不足しているとの説明をずっとされましたが、その旨をHPに記載すればよいのでは。在庫が無いのは仕方ないけど、HPや電話時、受付時にも在庫が無いことを伝えるチャンスはあったのに「そっちが聞いてくれないと無理」の一点張り。電車賃返して欲しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生の患者さんを呼ぶお声、「お待たせしました」と心からおっしゃっていること、またなにより診察の際はじっくり、こちらの話を聞いてくださる姿勢に信頼ができます。私にとっては薬の処方も的確ですぐ良くなります。その他、健康上の不安の相談もでき、次回の通院時にも先生が前回の内容を覚えていてくださいます。確かに15~30分ぐらい待つこともありますが、スタッフの方も感じがよく待合室もゆったりとしているので長くは感じません。かかりつけ医を見つけたことで安心感を得ました。
