K	Kotaro Kokubo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当は教えたくないお店なのです。ここに行くようになって何年経ったでしょう。メニューはシンプルで、飲み物はコーヒーのバリエーションがほとんど。食べ物はサンドイッチとシフォンケーキくらいです。しかしそのどれもがシンプルながら上質です。気取りも気負いもない、しかし丁寧な素材選びと仕事が感じられます。インテリア、器、壁に飾られている写真やレコードジャケット、全てにオーナーの人柄とセンスの良さが現れています。そしてなんといっても音楽。僕が通い始た理由はこれでした。オーナーはドイツ ECM レーベルのレコードをコンプリートし、それに関する著作もあるほどのマニアなのですが、それだけにとどまらず古今東西の様々な音楽に造詣が深く、いつ行っても素晴らしい音との出会いがあります。通ってくるお客さんも自然と趣味が似た人が集まってくるので、オーナーとの会話がいつの間にかみんなに広がる、そんな出会いの場でもあります。優しいオーナーとチャキチャキの奥様のキャラクターのコントラストも魅力の一つです。 It ’s a store you do n’t really want to teach.
