Good old soba shop.
The amount and taste of Sarashina soba was perfect, and the care of the shop staff made me feel at home.

聞いていた通り、冷たいうどんが外はツルツル、中はモチモチで本当に美味しかったです！
天丼とのセットで1450円。天丼は海老が二本、獅子唐とカボチャでした。
とっても気さくなお店。常連さんが三々五々やってきます。
交通が不便かと思っていたのですが、吉祥寺駅や三鷹駅から深大寺方面への京王バスに乗って、「野ヶ谷」バス停で降りるとスグです。
It was a popular shop, so I found an opportunity to visit it.
As I heard, the cold udon noodles were smooth on the outside and chewy on the inside, which was really delicious!
A set with a tendon is 1450 yen. Tendon had two shrimp, lion tang and pumpkin.
A very friendly shop. Regulars are coming in three and five.
I thought the transportation was inconvenient, but if you take the Keio bus from Kichijoji Station or Mitaka Station to Jindaiji and get off at the "Nogaya" bus stop, it's awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もりそばを食べました。色は更科っぽく白い蕎麦です。つゆは美味しいですが、蕎麦自体の風味が少ない感じがしました。蕎麦湯はしっかりしていて少し粘度があり、こちらは蕎麦の風味がありました。たくさんのメニューがありますので、他のうどんやご飯ものも試してみたいと思います。地元の蕎麦屋＋定食屋という感じでしょうか。
I ate Morisoba. The color is white soba that looks like Sarashina. The soup is delicious, but I felt that the soba itself had little flavor. The soba hot water was firm and a little viscous, and it had the flavor of soba. There are many menus, so I would like to try other udon noodles and rice dishes. Is it like a local soba restaurant + set meal restaurant?

1000円前後の手頃な価格にも関わらず、味は文句なしです。
場所が不便かも知れませんが、それに見合う食事を楽しめると思います。
蕎麦湯も飲めるので、ぜひ。
This is my favorite soba restaurant.
Despite the reasonable price of around 1000 yen, the taste is perfect.
The location may be inconvenient, but I think you can enjoy a meal that is worth it.
You can also drink soba hot water, so be sure to check it out.
