ジルといえばやっぱり肉！ワインにもビールにも合う、コクのある赤身肉は絶品！
おつまみも一皿ずつこだわりが見えてハズレなしです?
オススメは『アンガス牛ザブトンのロースト』！
ぎゅーっと旨味が詰まっていて、噛みしめるほどに美味い！とうなっちゃいます笑
〆には『サーモンとイクラのストウブ飯』がぴったり！個人的には出汁を入れてお茶漬けにしたくなった〜?
店員さんの接客も素晴らしく、かなり気持ちよく時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！

雰囲気も素敵で楽しいお酒になりました。
店員さんの対応がとても良かったです。
冷めた料理の温め直しをしてくれたり、スパークリングワインが飲み放題メニューに入ってたり、お客様目線でサービスをされているのが印象的でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大好きな大衆ビストロジル！ごはんもお酒も美味しくて毎回頼みすぎるんだけど、今回は友人と二人だったので気になったもののみ。お魚もお野菜もお肉も美味しいから困ります(笑)季節で食材を変えてくれるメニューって嬉しい。鴨のパテカンが赤ワインに最高に合いました。このワインもフルボディだけど樽香が強すぎなくて下にざらざら残らなくてとっても好きなワインだった、おすすめです。普段甘いの飲まないけど、気になって頼んだ西新宿店限定のスモモヒートも美味しかった。カウンターはデートや女性客、テーブル席も賑わってて満席！もちろんまた来ます。予約必須。
My favorite bistrozil! The rice and liquor were delicious and I asked too much every time, but this time I was with my friend so only the ones I was interested in. The fish, vegetables, and meat are delicious, so you're in trouble (laughs). The duck pattecan goes great with red wine. This wine is full-bodied, but the barrel fragrance is not too strong. I usually don't drink sweets, but I loved the Nishi-Shinjuku store-only Sumomo heat. The counter is full with dates, female customers and table seats! Of course I will come again. Reservation required.

評価もよさそうだったので楽しみにお店に行きましたがお腹がすでに膨れていたため多くは注文しませんでした。それが駄目だったみたいです。
お酒だけを飲むと気持ち悪くなってしまうのでいつも水をセットで頼み、交互に飲むので最初に頼んだのですが水は出てこず。
まだ食べ物もお酒も残っている状態で追加注文はどうされますかと何回かこられましたがもう苦しくて入りそうになかったのでお断りしたらそのあと無言で伝票を置かれました。
滞在時間は一時間でしょうか。席が満席ならこちらも気を遣い出て行きますが空席がいくつかあったにも関わらず。もし予約が仮に入ってたにしても説明がないのはよろしくないかと。
単価上がらない客は早く帰れと言われている気分になりました。二度と行きません。

I was looking forward to going to the store because the evaluation looked good, but I didn't order many because I was already hungry. It seems that it was useless.
I always ask for water as a set because it makes me feel uncomfortable if I drink only alcohol, and I ordered it first because I drink it alternately, but the water does not come out.
I was asked several times what to do with additional orders with food and alcohol still left, but I was so painful that I couldn't enter, so I declined and then silently placed a slip.
Is the staying time one hour? If the seats are full, I will take care of myself, but even though there are some vacant seats. Even if a reservation is made, it's okay if there is no explanation.
Customers whose unit price did not rise felt like being told to go home early. I will never go again.

燻製ポテサラ、寒鰤のなめろう、レバーパテとおつまみはどれもしっかりとお料理がされており、施される絶妙なアクセントが飽きさせません。お肉の子羊も赤身と脂身のバランスも良く、焼き加減もお上手で、少し控えめな塩味にはニンニンサワークリームが抜群にマッチします。このパンチの効いたソースはなかなかです。いい意味で羊肉特有の風味には特に合うと思いました。何を食べても美味しいんだろうと思わせる安心のできるお店です。
極みつけは店員さんのプロ魂。若い方でしたが、ホール全てを把握されており、ドリンクのお代わりタイミングも、気の利いたテーブルサービスも、チェックのタイミングも素晴らしかったです。単なるホールスタッフにとどまらないプロ意識。有能なスタッフさんだなぁと感心しました。
そんなプロのお仕事でお腹も心も満足できました。
