こちらで買った時計ではないのですが、閉店ギリギリに電話で電池交換可能か確認したところ「大丈夫」との返答をいただき、閉店に間に合わないかもしれないことを伝えてから出発。
着いたのは閉店時間丁度で、もう終わりですよね？と聞いてから帰ろうと思っていたところ、「いいですよ、お電話してくれた方ですか、お待ちしておりました」と嫌な顔をせずに迎えてくれました。
閉店時間にすみません、と謝る私に「気にしないでください」と終始笑顔で接客。説明と電池交換と会計まで13分ですべて終わりました。
生活に欠かせない腕時計、しかも自分で交換できない仕様だったので本当に助かりました。次に用があるときは余裕のある時間にお邪魔します。

店の雰囲気と佇まいからすごく敷居が高いイメージでしたが、入ってみて中の雰囲気や、店の接客、仕事ぶりもとても良かったです！
ベルトを交換しに行っただけですが、テンション上がってバックルもつい買っちゃいました！
