★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 創建は不詳だが、聖徳太子が開創とされる。文政3年（1820年）には寺の西側山中で、国宝に指定されている「石川年足墓誌」が発掘された。周辺は市の樹林保護地区に指定されており、住宅街の中にあって緑に囲まれた静寂の空間を作り出している。
The founding is unknown, but Prince Shotoku is said to have been founded. In the 3rd year of Bunsei (1820), the "Ishikawa Epitaph", which is designated as a national treasure, was excavated in the mountains on the west side of the temple. The surrounding area is designated as a forest conservation area of the city, creating a quiet space surrounded by greenery in a residential area.
