同じFCA製品であるフィアットの某市内正規ディーラーでは、新車納車時の不備や車両の初期不良への対応でかなり難儀を経験したが、jeep新潟ではそういった不安は全く感じない。
新規客でも気兼ね無く立ち寄れるディーラーと思う。

At a certain Fiat dealer in the city, which is the same FCA product, I experienced a lot of difficulty in dealing with defects when delivering a new car and initial defects of the vehicle, but at jeep Niigata I do not feel such anxiety at all.

桜木インターから降りてすぐの場所なので利便性も高いですし、駐車場からの出入りやスペースも充分でした。
スタッフさんが親切でまた伺いたいと思いました！
I made a test drive reservation and asked for it, but I was very grateful for the polite response.
It's very convenient because it's just off the Sakuragi interchange, and there was plenty of space to get in and out of the parking lot.
The staff was kind and I wanted to visit again!

試乗はバイパスも含むコースなのである程度スピードを出すこともでき、加速性能や合流の際の視認性なども確認しやすかったです。

ただ、サービスが最低過ぎます。
折り返しの連絡も1週間たっても来ない。保証期間なのに整備しない。直ぐにアメリカのせいにする。
ここは日本です。とにかく最低です。
