五目の餡掛けがいい
けどそれよりも餃子がイイ。
具が透けるほどの薄皮なのにもっちりした
食感。具はニンニク少なめ野菜多めか。
これで肉ニラニンニクの具であれば尚よかったのに。次は牛バラ餡掛けチャーハンと春巻きを注文後してみようと思う。
 We ordered Gomoku soba and dumplings.
Gomoku bean paste is good
But dumplings are better than that.
It's thin enough that the ingredients are transparent
Texture. The ingredients are garlic and a lot of vegetables.
It would have been better if it was a meat-nilan-garlic ingredient. Next time, I'm going to try after ordering beef rose fried rice and spring rolls.

料理はおいしくて、特に油淋鶏が最高です。
ただ、ホールのスタッフのおばさんの1人が最悪です。
1歳児を連れて行って、1歳児がマスクをしていない（できない）のを見て、マスクをしていないので会話しないように、と言われました。1歳児にそんなこと可能だと思ってるのでしょうか。
別の日に子連れで行って小さい2人席に通されたのですが、食べさせたいし、他の料理を子どもの手の届かないところに置きたいのでコロナ対策用の真ん中のアクリルパネルをどかすか、4人席にしてほしいと言っても、アクリルパネルはどかせない、金曜なので4人席は無理の一点張り。店内ガラガラ、他には1組しかいない。もうこれは遠回しに帰れと言われてるのかな‥と思いました。じゃあどうしたらいいですか？と聞いたら本当はダメですとか言いながらしぶしぶ通してくれました。
他にもエピソードはありますが‥行くたびに嫌な思いをしました。
自分の都合ばかり押し付けてきて、お客の事情を汲む気がない、本当に不愉快になるスタッフが1人います。サービスをするべき人ではないです。料理が美味しいのにもったいない。もう2度と行きません。

Even if I asked for a seat for 4 people, I couldn't move the acrylic panel. It's Friday, so it's impossible to have a seat for 4 people. There is only one pair in the store, rattling. I wondered if this was already told to go back in a roundabout way. Then what should I do? When I heard that, he reluctantly let me through while saying that it was really useless.
There are other episodes, but every time I went, I felt unpleasant.
There is one staff member who is really uncomfortable because he is not willing to understand the circumstances of the customer because he is pushing for his own convenience. I'm not the person to service. It's a waste to have delicious food. I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 閑静な住宅街に現れる美味しい町中華でした。町中華としては安くないと思いますが、個人的には100、200円位の差で驚きのないモノを食べるより、こういった美味しい料理を食べたいです。レバニラは味が濃いのではなくしっかりついて、円やかな味わいでした。人に聞くと春巻も絶品だそうなので、多分どれも美味しい気がします。
It was a delicious town of China that appeared in a quiet residential area. I don't think it's cheap for Chinese food in town, but personally, I would like to eat such delicious food rather than eating something that is not surprising with a difference of about 100 or 200 yen. Levanilla was not strong in taste but firmly attached and had a rounded taste. When I ask people, it seems that spring rolls are also excellent, so I think they are all delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 油淋鶏と餃子を頼むのがはじめての町中華の実力をしる黄金メニューだ。（わたしにとって）油淋鶏はパリパリで悪く無い。タレもぼちぼちワタシ好み。餃子の具の味、刻み具合も悪くないんだけど焼き方はワタシが焼いた方がうまいなっておもっちゃった。
休日の店内はめちゃ混んでます。ぎゅうぎゅう。テイクアウトあり。
地元スーパーオオノヤさんの銘店おせちにセレクトされていたので来訪。平日またいってみよう。休日は並ぶの覚悟で！
Asking for deep-fried chicken with soy sauce and dumplings is the first golden menu to show the power of Chinese food. (For me) Deep-fried chicken is not bad in crispness. I like the sauce little by little. The taste of the gyoza ingredients and the chopping condition are not bad, but I thought it was better to bake it.
The inside of the store on holidays is very crowded. Squeaky. There is takeout.
I visited the store because it was selected by the famous store of the local supermarket Onoya. Let's go again on weekdays. Be prepared to line up on holidays!
