ルーツコンサートは、公民館での｢HOT JAZZ IN NOHEJI｣です！
そして、まかど温泉の途中、小高い丘にむつ湾を望むロケーション抜群の拓心館での｢ジャズライブハウスinのへじ｣が日本のトップアーティストが熱演していた。
A long time ago, a summer tradition, "Noheji Jazz IN Snow Forest" was held at Japan's first railway snow forest (founded in 1887) park.
The roots concert is "HOT JAZZ IN NOHEJI" at the public hall!
Then, in the middle of Makado Onsen, a top Japanese artist was enthusiastically performing "Jazz Live House in Noheji" at Takushinkan, which has an excellent location overlooking Mutsu Bay on a small hill.
