H	HIROKO T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24時間Web予約できて便利でした。急な(使用予定日の2日前)予約だったので、限られていたかもしれないのですが、禁煙車と言っても以前は喫煙OKで使用されていた車両だったのかな？とてもタバコ臭くて残念でした。あと、後部座席の窓と、オプションでお願いしたチャイルドシートの所に蜘蛛の巣が張っていました。なので星2つ引かせて頂きました。ともあれ、助かりました。 It was convenient that I could make a Web reservation for 24 hours.
