ものすごいボッタクリ価格で見積もられました。ニヤニヤしながら「帰り危ないですよ」って。
「ゆっくり帰るから大丈夫です」と即答
あの中年店員の顔が忘れられないです。

It was quoted at a tremendous rip-off price. While grinning, he said, "It's dangerous to go home."
Immediately answered, "I'm going home slowly."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主人の車のクラクションをラッパみたいな音に変えに行きました。セレナ乗ってるんですけど、クラクション音が軽自動車みたいで嫌だと。最近の車のクラクションって１つしかついてないからそういう音なんだと知りました。店員さんのわかりやすい説明と安く済んで良かったです。外国の方？実習生？が整備士として働いてたんですが、礼儀正しく一生懸命やってる感じも良かったです。何かあったらまた来たいです。
I went to change the horn of my husband's car into a trumpet-like sound. I'm riding a Serena, but I don't like the horn sound like a mini car. I learned that it sounds like that because there is only one horn in a car these days. I'm glad that the clerk explained it in an easy-to-understand manner and it was cheap. Foreigner? intern? Was working as a mechanic, but it was nice to feel that he was polite and working hard. I want to come again if something happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バイトの方だとは思いますが電話対応とても悪いです。内容などを聞かせて頂いただけなのに苛々した感じでの対応でした。お店は平日の昼間の時間帯だったのでそんなにお客様はいません。整備の方の対応は良かったですがとても不快でした。
I think it's a part-time job, but the telephone support is very bad. It was a frustrating response even though I was just told about the contents. The shop was open during the daytime on weekdays, so there aren't many customers. The maintenance staff was nice, but it was very unpleasant.

上記に内容は問題なく良かった。
ただし、ピット内で助手席に積んであった三脚を落下させた(置き方が正反対になっていて雲台にオイルカスがこびりつき、かなりのキズがついていた)ようでした。
落下事態は仕方ないと思いますが作業完了後に一切の説明がなかったので評価は最低にしておきます。
