瀬	瀬古ひかり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初に、このではない別の郵便局のATMで、ATMで使えるはずの払込用紙でATMから支払いをしようとしたとき、なぜかうまくいかずに窓口で対応してもらいました。が、原因不明でやはり支払えず。後日こちらの郵便局の近くへ行く用事があったため、こちらの窓口で確認したところ、通帳をしばらく使っていなかったため、キャッシュカードの暗証番号と通帳の暗証番号が異なっており、支払いが通らなかったと判明し、通帳の暗証番号を更新してもらえました。話し方が横暴だったりとか、お客を軽視しているような感じはまったくなく、仕事も早くてとてもいい感じだなぁと思って書きに来たんですが。。私の担当になった方とは別の方の話なんですかね？若めの女性でしたが、私は対応もよく、とても助かりましたよ。 ☆が5ではなく4なのは、ATMが1台しかないため、列に並ぶ感じだったので。せめて2台あればいいですよね。 First, when I tried to pay from an ATM using a payment form that should be usable at another post office ATM, for some reason it didn't work and I was asked to respond at the counter. f	force P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性職員の対応は確かに悪いです。出来れば違う所へ行きたいのですが…近くなので仕方なく仕方なくこちらの郵便局を使わせて貰ってます。なるべくなら窓口へ行かない様にしたい。 ※ユーザーの正直な気持ちです、親しまれる感じの良い郵便局jになって欲しいです、もう無理でしょうかね？ ※2021 6月追記やはり若い？女性職員相変わらず感じの悪い対応を受けました。手際もよろしくない上に、待たされた次の者へ「おまちどうさまでした」の一言もなし。他の職員さんは普通に感じ良く対応して下さるのに、行く度に残念な気持ちにさせる川崎宮前平郵便局です。 ※ 一つだけしかないATMコーナーにはゴミ箱もシュレッダーの用意もありません、何故だか理由を知りたい、ゴミ箱の後片付けが面倒なのでしょうか？ ※2021/12/21 追記品だしの用事があり仕方なく伺いましたが、またまた感じの悪い若い女性に担当が当たってしまいその言動と対応に怒りを覚えました！あの担当一人の対応の冷たさで店舗全体のイメージが悪くなってしまいます、本人が気付かないとずっとこのままですね。本当に行きたいない店舗です。 The response of female staff is certainly bad.
