コロナ禍で大変なのはわかる。が、看護師と他の職員の対応があまり良くない。 入院患者自身出来る事と出来ない事がある。 それは病気でとか高齢の方ならば何をやらなければならないかを忘れてしまう事もある。 毎日書かなければいけない事だって忘れてしまう。 看護師は「本人が毎日書かなければいけない事を書いていない」と家族に言われても、今は面会禁止で病室に行けないし、本人は脳の病気で物忘れが激しいと事前に言っている。 家族に言う前に看護師側が出来る事があるはずです。言った事を忘れるならば、紙に「毎日忘れずに書いてください」とテーブルや病室のどこかに本人が分かる場所に何故貼らないのか? 患者に寄り添う医療を東埼玉病院ではやらないのですか? 病院の施設は綺麗で良いけど働いてる人の質が悪ければ意味が無いです。

受付の方の対応、先生の対応はとても優しく、最高でした。 が、薬の受付はダメダメです。 痛み止めが出て、説明があるのでお待ちくださいと言われたのですが、待ったあとの説明は、不機嫌に 「痛み止めです」 いや、分かってますけど? 念の為、 「もう大丈夫なんですか?」 と聞いたら、不機嫌かつ、食い気味に 「大丈夫です!」 最後の最後で最悪な気分になりました… 残念です!
