閉店時間に行ってしまいましたが、買うもの決まってるんでしたらどうぞと、わざわざ声がけして頂き、親切に接客していただきました。とても雰囲気の良い店です。

バッテリー交換後エンジンがかかりづらくなってしまったと言われ、何を対応してくれるわけではなく自走して帰らされた。
自宅でエンジンがかからず、レッカー車でディーラーに持ち込み見てもらったところバッテリー交換手順のミスで故障させていたことが発覚。
ディーラーさんも安く対応してくれたこともありクレームは言わなかった。
それから数ヶ月後タイヤ交換で再度来店した。
タイヤ交換直後ハンドルのセンターがずれていた(ハンドルを真っ直ぐにすると右に曲がって行く)
直してもらうようお願いしたところ、うちのタイヤ交換が直接この症状に関連していない！どこかに接触してませんか？と言われた。
前は真摯に相談内容に対してどうやったら治るか、こう言う理由でもう買い換えた方が良いなどアドバイスをしていただいて
自家用車2台の車検もお任せしていたのに非常に残念です。
女性の方々の接客は素晴らしいです。
整備士の方々の接客態度、それはいいとして技術レベルはせめて前と同じぐらいにはなって頂きたいです。

楽天ショッピングから楽天車検で検索して車検を申し込んで実施してもらいました。
オートバックスのアプリも登録してたので基本工賃から3000円引きになり楽天ポイントも車検満了日の1ヶ月前に実施で2500ポイント貰えて更にオートバックスのTカードなのでTポイントも貯まったのでポイントが二重に貰えて、お得でした♪
楽天ポイントは、車検受けてから2ヶ月先に入ったので遅いな、
とは、感じましたが。
特に交換箇所がなく軽自動車だったので朝一に出して当日の夕方の18時に終わりました。
代車も軽自動車ですが無料で借りれます。
車検代、全額クレジットカードで支払い大丈夫でした。
2年後ですが、また楽天車検で申し込んでオートバックスで車検、通してもらおうと思います♪
