店内は、比較的、新しく、店主の趣味が、伺えたりする。
じゃじゃ麺の、他にも、チャーハンや、餃子も、頼める。
餃子は、焼き立ての餃子で、出てきた時は、アツアツだ。熱い餃子は、パリッとして、美味しい。餡もなかなかだ。羽根付きなので、カリッと、香ばしくいただける。
じゃじゃ麺は、サイズが、選べる。
ちょうどいいサイズの御食事を、お望みなら、２番目か、３番目の、大きさが、胃に、ちょうどいいサイズかもしれない。
支払いは、券売機方式である。
じゃじゃ麺を、食べ終わった後に、ちーたんたんを、頼める。ネギ、ショウガ、ニンニクを、トッピング出来る。

お店の方の接客は気持ちの良いものでした。
白龍のじゃじゃ麺とは一味違います。
ニンニクが入っていないため優しいお味。
そのためか女性客が多い印象でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紫波中央駅付近のOGALにあるお店。昼時はじゃじゃ麺。ディナー時は各種メニューが楽しめます。
じゃじゃ麺はやや柔らか目。個人的にはこっち方が好み。チータンはパイロンよりも美味しいと思います。
A shop at OGAL near Shiwa Central Station. At lunchtime, it's shredded noodles. Various menus can be enjoyed during dinner.
Then the noodles are a little soft. I personally prefer this. I think cheetah is more delicious than pylon.

私もアメリカンに乗るのでちょっと共感。
食券制になってます。
テーブル3に残りカウンター8人座れるかな〜という小さめの店内。
オーソドックスのジャージャー麺を注文。
食して…あれ？
味噌がガツンと来るタイプではなかったです。
濃厚なんですが、カニ味噌に近い感じです。
私の想像は味噌味ゴリゴリがジャージャー麺だったので、ん？という感じ。
決してまずい訳ではないですが、印象とのギャップに舌がついてこない。
ですが、私の印象とは違い結構な客入りでしたが。
ジャージャー麺初心者には向かないです。
色々と食べ回った人が来るような所かな。

チャーシュートッピングのじゃじゃ麺をお願いしましたが味は可もなく不可もなし。
値段は高めだと感じました。

駐車場はあります。購入は発券制です。
テーブル席が３席、カウンター席が７席あります。
お昼はじゃじゃ麺のみの提供で、夜は、炒飯や一品料理の提供を行っているようです。オガール付近で仕事が一週間ほどあった関係で２回ほど寄りましたが、「じゃじゃ麺 中盛」（ちーたんたん・白金等チャーシュー付）と「辛じゃじゃ麺 大盛」をいただきました。
じゃじゃめんのめんの量は、小中大特盛の４段感となっており値段が異なります。
食べた感想として、味噌が美味しかったです。濃いめの味噌が、じゃじゃ麺とあっていました。白金豚チャーシューは、しっかりとした肉質で噛みごたえがあり、豚の甘みを感じられて質の良さを感じました。
味噌やにんにくや生姜などの薬味を好みで足すことができるので好きな味でじゃじゃ麺を楽しめます。
辛じゃじゃ麺は、そんなに辛いわけではなくピリ辛程度でしたが美味しかったです。
ちーたんたんは、じゃじゃめんを食べ終わってから頼む卵ベースのスープですが、じゃじゃめんの味噌と卵のスープが相まってちーたんたんも最高でした。
個人的に、中盛とちーたんたんがちょうどいい量でした。
今度は炒飯などのメニューも頼みたいです
メニューに、美味しい食べ方の記載などもされていて、じゃじゃめんを楽しめるとおもいます。

As for the impression I ate, the miso was delicious. The thick miso matched the Jajamen. Shirokane pork char siu has a firm meat quality and is chewy, and I felt the sweetness of the pork and felt the quality.
You can add spices such as miso, garlic, and ginger to your liking, so you can enjoy Jajamen with your favorite taste.
The spicy jajamen was not so spicy, it was spicy, but it was delicious.
Chitantan is an egg-based soup that I order after eating Jajamen, but Chitantan was also the best because of the combination of Jajamen's miso and egg soup.
Personally, Nakamori and Chitantan were just the right amount.
Next time I would like to order a menu such as fried rice
