 It is a coffee shop in a corner of Ogar Plaza on the same site as the city hall in Shiwa Town, Iwate Prefecture. ☕ Ogar Plaza has a large green space such as a soccer field and a lawn plaza, and the beautiful mountain scenery around Morioka is blue. It is located in the town of Shiwa where you can see the vast sky, and it is perfect to use as a break ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クレープは美味しかったのですが、40代？50代？の女性店員の対応が笑顔はなく、怖い顔でぶっきらぼうな対応にこちらが驚きました。若い女性スタッフの方はお客様対応の基本中の基本の笑顔で少し安心しましたが、紫波エリアが好きなだけに残念なお店でした。
The crepe was delicious, but are you in your 40s? 50s? The female clerk's response was not smiling, and I was surprised at the blunt response with a scary face. The young female staff was a little relieved by the basic smile of the customer service, but it was a shame because I liked the Shiwa area.

I ordered pistachio mascarpone cream. It's not too thick and has just the right taste, so you'll want to eat it once in a while.

The crepes and coffee were delicious. But the clerk's response? Why is it so annoying? Also, when I entered the store, I was asked to disinfect my hands and measure the temperature, but the man who was cooking was cooking with the bare hands of the ago mask. Is it okay?

ティラミスのクレープは上は甘くてくどいかなと思ったのですが、下の方はちゃんとティラミス感があり、美味しかったです☺️
The offer time was early! I couldn't eat in at Corona so I took out! !!
I thought the tiramisu crepe was sweet and awkward at the top, but the bottom had a tiramisu feeling and was delicious ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found this cafe on Google Maps on our drive from Morioka to Tono and it turned out to be a great spot! I bought a dozen packs of single serve coffee that they roast at the cafe. Very good quality coffee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a large variety of crepes, mostly sweet but also some savory, and a small selection of drinks. The Shiwa vegetable crepe, made with locally grown produce, is only available around summer and fall but is one of my favorite of their crepes, although a little difficult to eat.
The sweet crepes are mostly whipped creme plus whatever flavor you choose. I had the caramel salt one and it was delicious!
If you want vegetarian savory crepe, the Shiwa vegetable crepe is the only one on the menu but you can ask them to remove the ham from the ham and cheese crepe for a just cheese crepe.
There is more seating than it looks from the outside but it's very tight corridors.
