★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整体なんて怪我もしてないのに首の痛みだけで20代前半の私が行くのはなんだか気が引けていて、辛いときは湿布で我慢してました。
でも首の痛みからくる頭痛の限界もあり今回初めて伺いました。
名札にはたまたま院長の方だったようで余計緊張しましたが、優しく話しかけて下さり好印象でした。また、自分の体の状態を教えてもらえたので良かったです。
ボキボキされるのは初めてだったのでちょっと怖かったですが痛くなくて、身体が軽くなりました。
また来週も伺いますので宜しくお願いします！

とりあえず、今この痛みが取れればいいかなと思っていたんですが、歪みを治していかないといけないと教えていただいて体を緩めて貰いました。たった1回で仰向けになるのも痛かったのに凄く楽になり驚いてます。
今の筋肉の状態とこれからの事を、凄く細かく教えていただいて説明もわかりやすく親切です。次回も予約を取ったのでとても楽しみにしています。
