今回は事情があり契約しませんでしたが、次回もまた利用したいと思います。

また、選ぶ物件も多く用意して下さりすぐに契約に至る事が出来ました。
本当に対応の速さと、1件にかける時間が長い事には感服致しました。
しかしもう少し、1件にかける時間を減らせれば職員の皆様の体調も良く、疲れがなくなるのではないかと考えました。
星5を基準として、減点方式を取った時に星4なのは職員の皆様の対応の良さに比べて、仕事量が激務に見える所です。

初めに説明等一切ありませんでした。
1年もたたず2022年3月
家の老朽化を理由に立ち退き要求、
取り壊される物件を紹介されました。
タイミングも引っ越しシーズン真っ只中。せめてもっと早くに知っていたら小学生の子供に合わせてせめて4月の進級までに引っ越しを終えられていたのに。
今ですか。
学区内のみ短期間で探すのは難しい。
私情ですが4月に第二子出産予定の為
臨月間近。

引っ越し業社の手配等動ける訳もなく
コロナ禍の中、新生児を連れて物件を探さなければいけないのでしょうね。
小学生である子供は学年度の途中から編入になってしまうのでしょうね。
子供に申し訳がないです悔しいです。
契約時にはなにかあったときの水漏れや窓ガラス割れ鍵交換します、の特約つきの1000円ほどのサポートを外してほしかったのに強制契約させられてモヤモヤしていました。
取り壊し決まってたのでは？と疑ってしまいます。
いろいろと辛いですせめて代わりの物件探していただけると幸いなのですが、、
初期費用等とても無駄にした気分です。
星一つもつけたくないです。辛いです。
