Clean and new with excellent facilities. Only negative is the price. It's around 3,000 JPY on weekends, including the stone sauna option (which I definitely recommend).

Nice Spa extremely clean ... Convenient price of you are staying in Villa Fontaine Ariake hotel. 1300 Yen . And you have whole day access. Meaning that you can go out and come back as many times as u want. The restaurant inside the spa serves nice food at normal prices.

Very clean and well worth the Koto Ward resident evening price of 1000 yen. It doesn't get a full 5 because the Covid regulations weren't being enforced, many were talking loudly when signs clearly said there was to be no talking in unmasked areas. The staff, though very kind and hardworking, just seemed to ignore the noisy talkers.

Just open,everything is so new!however I expect more for a 2020 opened super hot spring.

Superb, bright and concise interior, Outdoor area with fresh air. Every time when I need a break from my research, I gonna go there have a dinner at the Ariaki garden then take a hot bath. Also they’ve got a discount for Koto residents.

4.5 stars There are many lounge/resting areas with a small selection of books (It was a pity that there were no manga books for children). On a holiday/weekend it is quite crowded, even at midnight! I recommend coming on a weekday or non-peak hours. Some Japanese young women inadvertently sprayed me with their shower heads. (two different people, two different times!) I was a little bit surprised by this! One lady kept coughing in the Chinese herbal medicine bath area. PLEASE DO NOT go to a hot spring with a cough during this endemic!!!!!! They body soap/shampoo is very basic, no frills. They have Pola brand makeup removing liquid and facial soap. They have Pola lotion (toner in non-Japanese-English) and facial lotion. Nothing super fancy. They have hair ties for those who have forgotten one (never go with hair untied!). I really liked the jet massage...powerful and effective. I also like the bed-style bath, very shallow water just covering the body. The steam sauce with salt scrub was really nice, like a detox treatment. It is a pity that the women's spa does not include a dry sauna or...cold bath, like the men's area. (but the women's area has a Mermaid Lounge exclusive for women) They also have a bubbly area but it wasn't that special. The outdoor bath has two baths - one was a Chinese herbal bath, the other was a normal one. You can get fresh air or avoid closed spaces here, if you are worried about covid. Well, if you are worried that much about covid, I don't think you should visit such places! The staff was busy going around, telling people not to talk (due to corona) as well as busy going around, cleaning. I felt sorry for the cleaning staff because customers usually did their makeup/hair and did not bother even to wipe the sea of hairs on the ground. I think it is common sense or good manners in ANY COUNTRY to clean up after yourself. Most customers did not do this, sadly.
