2度とお願いしません。

出来損ないのくそ野郎で学生のガキのバイトの方がまだマシなレベルです。
この営業所で部屋借りるときは対応がカスなのでそれなりの覚悟は必要ですよ。

自分が住んでいた物件は退去時、鍵を郵送で返却することになっており、それに同封されてくる書類に記されている退去日が事前に伝えた退去日よりわずかに早い。仕方なく書類通りに退去したにも関わらず、事前に伝えた退去日で家賃が引き落とされ、どういうことなのかと問い合わせればあくまでも事前に伝えた退去日が正しいと言い通す。改めて確認しなかった私も悪いので、お金を返せとは言いません。しかし当方にも手違いがありましたというような謝罪が欲しかったところです。
大東建託には二度と住みませんし、おすすめもしません。

の為、一切口頭での質問等が出来ないことから直接窓口に赴いたところ、「インターネットでの解約手続きのみなのでそちらで行って下さい」とのこと。営業所で手続き取れないって何？契約書とか身分証とか全て持って行ったが全く話を聞かない。とにかくインターネットで手続きして下さいのみの一点張り。本当に糞です。聞きたいことがあったから行き、こちらは丁寧語で対応しているにもかかわらず従業員は「何直接来てるんだよ」って態度を全く隠さず面倒そうに対応。このような体制を敷いていることから、上から下まで社員全員が糞であることを直接体験してきました。営業所の社員の方はまともな方であることを期待しましたがダメでした。絶対に2度とここからは借りません。過去最悪の会社です。(初期書き込み):居住者ですら電話で直接やり取りが出来ない。仕事をナメすぎている。機械的な作業で良いなら全従業員ペッパー君で良いと思う。建物自体は悪くないがそれを遥かに上回る対応の悪さ。入退去する際は費用面とか機械に確認出来ない部分があるでしょうに。あと3年くらいに１度ひっそりと家賃を上げてくる。引き落としで気付いて確認すると通知しましたが？と言われる。A4の紙を１枚一方的に投函して通知って。家賃はこれまで3度ほど上げられて気がついたら最初に入居した時より8500円も上がっていた。建物は綺麗だけど、それ以上にはっきり言ってデメリットの方が大きすぎます。マジでオススメしません。現に今退去作業が全然進みません。星1すらあげたくない。このレビューを見て考え直して救われる人が１人でも多く出ることを期待します。
