★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回初めて一人暮らしをすることとなりとても不安でしたが、問い合わせの電話対応から内見・契約時までとても丁寧に対応していただいて楽しく物件探しができました。とても感謝しています。
ただ１つ気になったことは、内見時にいただいた説明と入居してみたら違う点があったことです。（不動産物件情報サイトにも内見時の説明と同じ内容が記載されていました。）
内見の時は来客等があった際はモニターなしのインターホンが利用できると説明をいただきましたが、入居後管理人から「これ（モニターなしインターホン）はダミーだから。あと呼び鈴もならないから。」と言われました。
そこまでインターホンを最重要項目として考えてはいませんでしたが、ドアをドンドンと叩いてもらって来客の有無を確認することになるとは思いませんでした。
今回の件はもしかしたら不動産屋さんも知らなかったことかもしれないですし、沢山の物件がある中でオーナーさん達と物件の情報共有も大変だと思います。
私自身も特に何か責めようとか怒っているとかそういうことではありません。
ただどうしても気になってしまったのでご報告させていただきました。

This was my first time living alone and I was very worried. I appreciate it very much.
The only thing I was worried about was that there was a difference when I moved in from the explanation given during the preview. (The same content as the explanation at the time of the preview was also described on the real estate property information site.)
At the time of the preview, when there was a visitor etc., it was explained that an interphone without a monitor can be used, but after entering the office, the manager said, "This is a dummy interphone without a monitor. There is no doorbell." They said.
I didn't think of the intercom as the most important item, but I didn't think that they would hit the door and check if there was a visitor.
Perhaps this was something that the real estate agent did not even know, and I think that sharing information with the owners is also difficult while there are many properties.
I'm not particularly blamed or angry.
I just reported it because I was really worried.
