★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 野菜の新鮮さがない。広さの割にはお客のニーズを理解できていない品揃え。ペットコーナーの品揃えが悪い。揚げ物がマンネリ化している。100均周りの靴下売場等の無駄に値引きしてるが誰も買わない商品でスペースとってる。タクシー運転手の外のタバコの匂いが気になる。
No freshness of vegetables. A product lineup that does not understand customer needs for its size. Poor selection of pet corner. Fried food is rut. The space is discounted to a sock counter around 100 uniforms, but no one buys it. I am worried about the smell of cigarettes outside the taxi driver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スーパーマーケット バローがあり、パン屋、100円ショップ、Honeys (ハニーズ)などいろいろあってとても気に入っています。
土、日曜日は満車になるほど混んでいます。
There is a supermarket barrow, there are bakeries, 100-yen shops, Honeys, etc. I love it so much.
It's crowded on Saturdays and Sundays so it's full.

セリアがなければ、２-３階は閉鎖して１階のバローのみで営業してるのではと思います。
雑貨類のセンスはいいと思います。でもお客が少なすぎて、せっかくの素敵な商品が陽の目を観ず、次々と処分されている印象。
かつては衣類も飲食店も有名ブランドがテナントとしてぎっしり入っていた時代を知っている者としては、あまりに悲しい現状です。春日井西武を思い出させます。ポケットカードなんて契約切ってしまえば？
To be clear, this is the building I own in Ceria.
If you don't have ceria, I think that the 2nd and 3rd floors are closed and only the 1st floor Barrow is open.
I think the sense of miscellaneous goods is good. However, the impression is that the number of customers is too small, and the wonderful products that I have been looking for are being disposed of one after another without seeing the positive eyes.
As a person who knows the days when well-known brands were used as tenants in both clothing and restaurants, it's too sad. Reminds me of Kasuga Seibu. What if the contract for pocket cards expires?
