秋	秋山正樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酢豚、小海老のチリソース、ホタテ入り野菜の塩味炒めの様なもの、杏仁豆腐を食しました。最悪でした。まず酢豚ですが、ケチャップベースなのですが、酢が強く、口に入れたら噎せます。人参は中まで火が通っていなく生でした。小海老のチリソースは、塩分が強過ぎる。塩味です。これは持論ですが、初めて入る中華料理店で必ず酢豚と海老のチリソースを注文してどちらが美味しいかを見ます。それによって何が得意なのかを察しますが、両方不味いのは初めて。おそらく、この店だけです。杏仁豆腐は、寒天がいっぱい入っているのか硬いです。業務用スーパーで売っているものより不味い。ランチタイムで訪問しましたが、皆さん麺類を注文していました。麺類が正解だったのかなと思いましたが、何も中華料理専門店で麺類食べるくらいなら、ラーメン専門店の方が良いと思います。店についても、入り口は高級感があるも、奥は、とてもショボい。水は最初からコップに入っているものが２０個程用意されていました。こんなのは、お客様が来てからコップに注いでも良いのではないのかと思います。店員の接客態度も気が緩みすぎです。お客様の見えているところで腕や肩を伸ばしている。このような店は初めて見ました。田舎者が高級店の真似事をしている珍しい店に出会しました。ハッキリ言って腹立たしいです。このような店は、日本全国回っても中々見つけられませんよ。 I ate sweet and sour pork, chili sauce of small shrimp, something like stir-fried vegetables with scallops, and almond tofu.
