先日、クリーニングのみで訪れたところとても無愛想な接客。ティファニーの世界観が好きでアイテムは数十点コレクションしてますがもうこの店舗で購入は今後一切致しません。田舎の百貨店とは言えど、世界五大ジュエラーの名に恥じない接客態度を心がけて欲しいものです。
同日、同百貨店内にある某ジュエリーショップにてお値段が10分の1のジュエリーをクリーニングしていただきましたがとても快い対応でした。是非見習って欲しいものです。
I have visited many times so far, but I never felt that it was a pleasant customer service.
The other day, when I visited only for cleaning, the customer service was very unfriendly. I like Tiffany's world view and I have a collection of dozens of items, but I will no longer purchase at this store. Even though it is a department store in the countryside, I would like you to keep in mind the customer service attitude that is not ashamed of the name of the world's five largest jewelers.
On the same day, I had a jewelry shop in the department store clean one-tenth the price of jewelry, but it was a very pleasant response. I really want you to learn from it.
