昭和二十五年五月十日に告示された「茨城百景」の碑「北条泉の観音と小田城碑」です。りんりんロード沿いには真壁休憩所に「傳正寺と真壁城趾」碑が、雨引休憩所に「雨引観音」碑が、旧樺穂駅に「足尾山 加波山」碑があります。
 It is a monument of 100 views of Ibaraki in front of Keiryuji Temple in the spring near Rinrin Road.
It is a monument of "Ibaraki Hyakukei" announced on May 10, 1945, "Hojo Izumi Kannon and Oda Castle Monument". Along Rinrin Road, there is a "Densho-ji and Makabe Castle" monument at the Makabe rest area, an "Amabiki Kannon" monument at the Amabiki rest area, and an "Ashiozan Kabayama" monument at the former Kabaho station.
