★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なぜこう言う場所の職員は人の話をちゃんと聞かない人が多いのだろうか？
コロナの関係で相談に行ったが、ウチだけでなく市役所内にあるサポートセンターも使ってくださいと言われたので、前回もサポートセンターを頼れと言われ頼ったが話をまともに聞かず勝手に勘違いして全く違うサポートを行おうとした為、違う事を指摘すると逆ギレされ帰らされたことを社会福祉協議会の職員に説明すると、「それは大変失礼いたしました。ですが気に食わないところがあってもサポートセンターは使ってくださいね。」って、、、人の話を聞いてますか？私が気に食わないからやめたのではなく、話が通じない、聞く気がない、あげくに逆ギレで帰らされただけであって、ちゃんと担当していただければ頼りたい気持ちでいっぱいなんですが。
なんで私が悪いような言い方をされなければならないのですか？特に贅沢するわけでもなく質素に暮らしてきて、突然コロナという流行り病の為収入が減った事で相談をすることがそんなに悪いことなんですかね？ この施設といいサポートセンターといい、耐え忍ぶ為の相談に行って余計に不安で苦しい気持ちになりました。
前回頼った時の臨時職員の方が親身になってくれたので今回の事は余計に残念に感じられます。
Why are many staff members in places like this not listening to people properly?
I consulted about Corona, but I was told to use not only my house but also the support center in the city hall, so I was asked to rely on the support center last time, but I did not listen to the story without permission. I misunderstood and tried to provide completely different support, so when I pointed out something different, I explained to the staff of the Council of Social Welfare that I was disappointed and returned, "I'm very sorry, but I don't like it. Even if you have one, please use the support center. ", Are you listening to people? I didn't quit because I didn't like it, I couldn't understand the story, I didn't want to hear it, and I just returned home with a reverse sword, and I'd like to rely on you if you can take charge of it properly.
Why do I have to say something bad? Isn't it so bad to consult with someone because they lived humblely without being particularly extravagant and suddenly lost their income due to a pandemic called corona? This facility is called a good support center, and I went to a consultation to endure it, which made me feel more anxious and painful.
The temporary staff I relied on last time became more friendly, so I feel more disappointed this time.
