2年前にお初で伺った時は、〆鯖と鰯が、今年伺った時は秋刀魚、すんごく美味しかった～("⌒∇⌒")
東京からの遠征ですが、弘前に行ったときは必ず伺います。

お通しは、ひと手間かかっていて嬉しい。
「ナスのピザグラタン」美味しかったです。ボリュームもあって、お腹いっぱいになりました。
Sashimi has excellent freshness. It's cheap.
I'm glad that it took a while to go through.
The eggplant pizza gratin was delicious. There was volume and became full.

中に入って、カウンターに案内して頂きました。最初に生ビールを頂き、泡がいい感じでした。喉越しもいいですね。お通しも手が込んだ３点で味付けも美味しかったです。サラダは、海鮮もミョウガもありーの特性ダレもいい感じでした。刺し盛りも新鮮で満足が行くものでした。日本酒を何種類か頂きましたが、料理にあいました。カニみそや串焼きも美味しかったです。機会があれば、また伺いたいと思います。

I went inside and was guided to the counter. I had draft beer first and the foam was nice. It's nice to go through your throat. The seasoning was delicious with 3 elaborate izakaya. The salad had both seafood and Japanese ginger, and the characteristic sauce was also good. The sashimi was also fresh and satisfying. I had some kinds of sake, but I was happy with the food. The crab miso and skewers were also delicious. If I have a chance, I would like to come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飛び込みで訪問。お料理が大変美味しく、特にお刺身系が最高でした。地元の美味しい日本酒がまたイイ！ 郷土料理の身欠きニシンと胡瓜はシンプルながら、酒のアテにぴったりでした。身欠きニシンがここまで柔らかく、深い味になるとは驚きです。
場所が2階でわかりにくく、入り口が少々入り難い雰囲気に感じますが、是非扉を開けてみてください。美味しいお酒と料理が楽しめます。
Visit by diving. The food was very delicious, especially the sashimi type. Delicious local sake is good again! The herring and cucumber, which are lacking in local cuisine, were simple but perfect for sake. It's amazing how soft and deep the herring is.
The location is difficult to understand on the 2nd floor, and the entrance feels a little difficult to enter, but please open the door. You can enjoy delicious sake and food.
