イベリコ豚の生ハムは、カウンターにある豚の足まるごと一本から切り出されてびっくりしました。もちろん美味しかったです。

日本酒もオシャレな透明クーラーBOXがあり、ひとつの見世物になっている。
また焼鳥以外の料理にもこだわりが見受けられる。
また店主を始め店員も教育されている。

2160円のおまかせセットを注文。
魚、蒸し牡蠣、等々が出てきました。
あまりインパクトはなかったのですが串揚げが出てきたときはイメージ一新。
店名にも串とついているようにここは串揚げの美味しい店でした。
上品で絶妙な揚げ具合は最高です。
大将も奥さんも寡黙な方でこちらから話しかけない限り一切何も話さないので一人で静かに飲みたいときは落ち着ける店です。

I ordered an Omakase set for 2160 yen.
Fish, steamed oysters, etc. came out.

As the name of the restaurant also says skewers, this was a delicious skewered restaurant.
The fine and exquisite fried condition is the best.
The general and wife are quiet people and do not speak anything unless you speak from here, so if you want to drink quietly alone, it is a calm shop.
