好評価してる人は全部サクラですか？
コースにしましたが、飲み物はまずこない
こないのに出したことになってる
料理もこないしかなりまずい
選べるコースとかいてあったのに出てきたのは残飯レベルのまぜごはん
個室予約なのに団体と同じ席でうるさいしせまい
店長も客をバカにしたような対応
結局二時間で飲み物たったいっぱいでご飯も最後まで出されず帰りました。
こんな店にお金を払うなんて今年一番の無駄使いでした。

個室でよかったです。
スタッフが足りないのは感じますが、料理は美味しかったです。
飲み放題も延長させてもらいました。
またお世話になりたいです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喫煙者には良い居酒屋だと思います。非喫煙者にはかなり辛い居酒屋だと思います。料理はごく普通、可もなく不可も無しでした。新宿駅にかなり近いけど、極端に高く無いのでその点は良かったですり
I think it's a good tavern for smokers. I think it's a pretty hot tavern for non-smokers. The food was very normal, neither good nor bad. It's pretty close to Shinjuku station, but it's not extremely expensive, so that's good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社の飲み会で利用しました。席も広く使えてちゃんと仕切りもされており、周りを気にせず食事ができます。コースの注文ですが、別々盛りで美味しく料理がズラリと勢揃い。特にお肉が美味しいです。ここにきてよかったーと思える3時間飲み放題でした。ぜひオススメです♪
I used it at a company drinking party. The seats are wide and well-partitioned, so you can eat without worrying about the surroundings. Although it is an order for the course, it is served separately and the dishes are deliciously lined up. Especially the meat is delicious. It was all-you-can-drink for 3 hours, which made me happy to be here. I highly recommend it ♪

・コース料理の量が少ない(各料理一口分ほど)
・20時予約で着席が20時30分
・そもそも19時30分での予約だったが突然20時に変更させられる(店側の処理ミス、無理だと言ってもお願いしますの一点張り。詐欺グループの如く担当者がコロコロ変わる)
・飲み放題の酒が来ない
・3時間飲み放題で予約しているのに2時間で酒が止まる
一見コース内容と値段を見てお得に感じますが、最悪です。
コース料理の写真は、他も店からの盗用です。実際はこんなんでできません。(箸置きに「七福」と書いてあるが、これは横浜にある海鮮居酒屋チェーン)
ちなみに系列店の一兆、福家もレビューを見ると同様にサービス最悪のようです。
「サービス悪いなあ〜」程度の店ならたまにありますが、ここまでの店は初めてでびっくりしました。
忘年会の幹事として使いましたが、上司先輩方の満足度がとても心配で、私は下座から常に酒の催促をしていました。

By the way, Fukuya, a trillion of affiliated stores, seems to have the worst service as well as looking at the reviews.
Occasionally, there are stores with "bad service", but I was surprised at the store so far for the first time.
I used it as the secretary of the year-end party, but I was very worried about the satisfaction of my bosses and seniors, so I was always urging sake from my lower seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく店中タバコのニオイがひどいです。分煙表記があったので疑いなく入店しましたが、分煙どころか禁煙スペースがどこにあるのか区別がつかないレベルでした。
それ以前に入店時に禁煙席がいいかも尋ねられませんでしたし、検温も消毒指示もありませんでした。マスクを外したくないくらい店中がタバコ臭くて、食事の味がわかりませんでした。換気はしているのでしょうか？匂いが滞留し換気扇が回っている感じもありませんでした。
飲み物が食べ物より先に来ないし、運ばれてきた食事は写真より数が少なかったものもあり、値段の割にそこまで美味しいとは思えませんでした。揚げ物だけは揚げたてが出てきて味も悪くなかったです。
個室居酒屋といいつつ暖簾で区切られているだけで個室の席は無いように見えましたが、個室はあったんでしょうか？それにタッチパネルの値段表記、税込表示が義務付けられているはずですが、税抜価格＋税表記になっており、これも違法です。早く直すべきでは？
