読めませんか？と聴くとしどろもどろに読めないわけじゃないけど、など言い訳して謝罪もなし。
許せません。

For those who have few hobbies, this is a favorite spot where you can kill time. You may be able to borrow books here that you can't borrow because you have a lot of reservations outside.

リファレンス担当者について。
大学図書館の司書にしては、リファレンス能力が乏しいように感じます。
キーワードで検索して関連書籍の蔵書の有無を確認するだけであれば、OPACがあれば誰でもできます。
担当職員のリファレンス能力が向上するよう願います。
There is only a university library, so the scale is large enough.
About reference personnel.
As a librarian in a university library, I feel that I lack reference ability.
Anyone with OPAC can do it just by searching by keyword and checking if there is a collection of related books.
Please improve the reference ability of the staff in charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 放送大学や試験勉強等で利用。中々立派な外観で学習スペース、グループ室など広さも充分。一般の方々も利用可能だが、近くの高校生が度々うるさい。
Used at the Open University of Japan and studying for exams. It has a nice appearance and is large enough for study space and group rooms. It can be used by the general public, but nearby high school students are often noisy.
