There was very little explanation in English if any. But lots of pictures, so you understood the gist. Kids would like this to, as it is very bright and typical Japanese. There is even a game square with large stuffed pink deer for kids and a large gaming screen. You can definately get through it all in 45 mins without rushing to much...would be longer with kids. 15 mins walk from train station 30 mins by train to Ashikaga flower park.
