奈良県の「万葉歌碑巡り」もいよいよ佳境に入りました。自前の足で踏破できるところが終了して後は距離があり、自転車・車・泊まり込みで、を残すのみ。
祭神は『神武天皇（カムヤマトイワレヒコ）』です。
駐車場がありますから、中和街道から直ぐに入ることができます。
凛とした空気に包まれて、夏の暑いのも忘れますでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 曽我川の右岸に鎮座します。平成に入って改修、新築されたため境内は真新しく、すがすがしい雰囲気に満ちています。神社の創建時期は不明ですが、もともと狭野火火見彦命（さののほほでみひこのみこと）を祭神とする古社です。社殿は鮮やかな朱塗りの春日造、檜皮葺で、木像が祀られていますが、磯城郡田原本町の多神社（多坐弥志理比古神社／おおにいますみしりひこじんじゃ）の木像が、本来は磐余神社の神像であったといわれます。読みは“いわれじんじゃ”です。
It sits on the right bank of the Soga River. Since it was renovated and newly built in Heisei, the precincts are brand new and full of refreshing atmosphere. It is unknown when the shrine was built, but it is an old shrine whose deity was originally Sano Hohodemihiko no Mikoto. The main shrine is a bright red-painted Kasuga-zukuri, cypress bark, and a wooden statue is enshrined there. It is said that the wooden statue was originally the deity statue of Iware Shrine. The reading is "Iwajinja".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 県道105号線の北側に鎮座していて曽我川を西から渡ってくるとくると駐車場にダイレクトに入れます。桜の季節は参道が桜並木になってとてもきれいです。御本殿には神武天皇が祀られ、その後ろにはお稲荷さんや厳島神社があります。仏堂も一つあります。静かで心休まる神社です。
