There are three parks in Iwashi-machi, and from the shape of the land to the local residents it is known by the nickname of "Triangle Park". Currently there is a big park in the eastern town of about 1 km west, so there are more parents and children who visit there.

その昔、古墳の上に諏訪神社を祭ったとき、石室の巨石をエンヤコラと押したから…という説。
長野堰を開削して農業用水を通すのに、やはりエンヤコラと大石を押したから…という説。
どちらにしても、皆で力を合わせて押した…らしいですネ(^_^ゞ
