★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅員の態度は悪いし電車が来る時間はいつも混雑しているのに送迎の際に使える駐車スペースがないに等しい。停められそうなところはタクシーが常駐状態。一般の送迎車に停めるな邪魔だという交通誘導員？と思わしき人がいたり・・・改装して駅舎は新しくなったようですが。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ みどりの窓口あり、6時40分〜21時。他無人。新駅舎には冷暖房の効いた待合室あり。紫色の券売機なし。黒と緑が1台ずつ。
