R	Re * on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 別の不動産で契約したら管理会社がこちらでした。間取りや立地が気に入りましたが、内覧の時点でクロス汚れ等があり改善要求をして契約しました。入居後改善されておらず、設備不備等もあり連絡をしたところ｢そこの物件はオーナーがケチなので無理です。無いものは無いので自分で用意してください。｣と言われました。その後も何度か他のことで連絡しましたが、必ずと言っていいほど最初の言葉は｢そこの物件はオーナーがケチだから無理｣です。1人だけ中年の女性でしっかりと対応してくださる方が居ましたが、電話に出た人が対応するのでその方に当たらないとほぼ無対応・電話口で鼻で笑うとんでもない不動産でした。入居後に約款を見てビックリしたんですが、このご時世には珍しい｢住民間のトラブルは関与しないので当事者で解決してください。｣と堂々と書いてあるので女性の方や気の弱い方はこちら管理の不動産の入居には気をつけた方がいいと思います。 The management company was here when I signed a contract with another real estate.
