ソ	ソタ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのお店は久しく行っていませんが個人的には最強です！豚の生の仔袋を必ず購入するのですが、まんま長い状態(グラム注文するので)で手に入ります。下処理がめんどくさいですけど(苦笑) 他の部位も新鮮で美味しいですよ！店頭にメニューらしきもの&単価は無いので(多分)レジで対応してくれるおばちゃんに部位とグラム単価を聞けば教えてくれますよ！駐車場はおそらく無いので店舗前に路駐です。 I haven't been to this shop for a long time, but personally it's the strongest! I always buy raw pig bags, but I can get them in a long condition (because I order grams). The preparation is troublesome (bitter smile) Other parts are also fresh and delicious! There is no menu-like item and unit price at the store, so (probably) I will tell you if you ask the aunt who will handle it at the cash register about the part and gram unit price! There is probably no parking lot, so it is parked in front of the store.
石	石井美穂 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外出自粛で、外食がままならない中、モツ鍋が食べたくなりました。近所で生モツが買えるということが分かりさっそくこちらで。 3〜40秒の短い湯通しのみ、で鍋に入れましたが、この小腸、まったくアクが出ない。美しく、ふわふわ甘い脂を楽しめました。自宅でこんなに美味しいモツ鍋が食べられるなんて！という感激とともに星5つ。 I didn't go out and couldn't eat out, so I wanted to eat motsu-nabe. R	Ryo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保土ヶ谷駅東口の駅前商店街に有ります。交通量が多い国道１号線沿いなので車は停めにくい(当然駐車禁止)です。ホルモン専門店です。どの部位も新鮮で下処理済なので、自宅では軽く下茹後、食べやすい大きさにカットして調理して下さい。馬刺しは冷凍ブロックですので半解凍後スライスして、おろしニンニクやショウガと食べると最高です。どちらかと言えばプロ向けですが、一般小売りもしてくれます。夕方早目に閉まる時もあるので来店時は確認した方が無難です。 It is located in the shopping district in front of the station at the east exit of Hodogaya Station. It may close early in the evening, so it is safer to check when you come to the store.
