退去精算の方法が立ち会い時の説明と違っていた。
まるまる１ヶ月分引落し、敷金やクリーニング代を相殺して余剰金を振り込みますと説明されていたのに日数分引かれ、クリーニング代の振込用紙が送られてきた。
返却済の取説を返して欲しいと２度も電話来た。
返したと話すとこちらにないとの一点ばり。
その後、上司の人から見落としていてあったと謝罪。
退去後２ヶ月近く経って何度か連絡してくるのも、書類探そうともせず電話してくるのもどうなのか。
個人情報を扱う会社なのに適当。
今後はどんなに物件を気に入っても入居しない。
